The Excellence in Historic Preservation Award was presented to the Magoffin County Historical Society on April 30, 2022, by the Indian Mound Chapter NSDAR during the chapters 75th Celebration Event.
The DAR Excellence in Historic Preservation Award is given to recognize volunteer efforts that preserve important historical properties at the local, state and national levels.
