James Hatcher “Tubby” Allen age 43 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026 in Rockford, Illinois. He was born June 01, 1983 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Jerry Ray Allen and Susan Gail May.
Survived by his fiancé, Bailey Burke, one son, Jamison Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, three daughters, Pazleigh Allen of Salyersville, Kentucky, Kiley Lemaster, Jaycie Wells both of Paintsville, Kentucky, two brothers, Jerry Lee Allen of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, Dalton Bradley of Salyersville, Kentucky, and one sister, Jessica Thacker of Oil Springs, Kentucky.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, September 08, 2026 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Bubby Davis officiating. Burial followed in the May Cemetery at Lakeville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
