Jimmy Randall Howard

Jimmy Randall Howard, 69, of Mine Fork went home to be with the Lord on January 12, 2023, after an extended illness of Parkinson’s Disease.

Jimmy was born on January 20, 1953, the fourth son of Daniel and Aileen Arnett Howard of Burning Fork. Jimmy was preceded in death by both parents and brothers, Ronnie, Jackie, Scottie, Tex and Chris.

Jimmy leaves behind a loving wife of over 50 years, Donnah Cooper and daughters Jeana Keeth (Brian) of Georgetown, Jennifer Castle (Randy) of Georgetown and Melissa Howard of (Paintsville) as well as 5 grandchildren, Eliza Grace, Audrey Claire, Amelia Caroline, Ian Seth Howard, Samuel Wayne, two brothers, Rocky Howard and Bobby Howard both of Salyersville, Kentucky.

Jimmy was a member of Salyersville First Baptist Church. He was a retired pipefitter, plumber, and oil field worker.

Funeral services for Jimmy Randall Howard were conducted at Monday, January 16, 2023 from the Salyersville First Baptist Church with Brother Ben Martin officiating. Burial followed in the Cooper Cemetery at Lick Creek, Kentucky.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation www.Parkinson.org and/or Bluegrass Care Navigators www.bgcarenav.org/give in honor of Jimmy Randall Howard.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
