Magoffin County Lady Hornets Horse Show set for Sept. 17

SALYERSVILLE — The Magoffin County Lady Hornets Horse Show is set to be held at the Magoffin County Horse Park on Saturday, Sept. 17.

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m.

Show time is slated for 7:30 p.m.

The Magoffin County High School girls’ basketball team is hosting the horse show.

The Magoffin County High School boys’ basketball team will work concessions during the event.

The horse show will help the Magoffin County High School basketball teams raise much-needed funds for their upcoming seasons.

Class sponsorships for the horse show are available through the Magoffin County High School girls’ basketball team.

Several experienced players are due back on the court for each Magoffin County High School basketball team in the 2022-23 season.

Each Magoffin County High School basketball team will open preseason practice in mid-October.
