Phillip G. Manns age 73 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at his home. He was born June 11, 1948 in Royalton, Kentucky to the late Wed and Rosie Bailey Manns.
Survived by his wife Etta Faye White Manns, one daughter, Peggy and husband Jerry Burdine Arnett, of Salyersville, Kentucky one granddaughter, Jerrica Arnett, one great granddaughter, Chara Arnett, two brothers, Skid Manns, Finley Manns, both of Indiana, six sisters, Sally Spencer, of Salyersville, Kentucky, Linda Marcello, Henrietta Spears, Karen Peterson, and Debbie Lynn Manns, Vickie Manns, all of Indiana.
In addition to his parents, Phillip is preceded in death by six brothers, Sylis Gene Manns, Ellis Ray Manns, Ralph Manns, Elbert Manns, Wayne Manns, Scotty Manns, two sisters, Pauline Manns, Dora Fay Manns, one granddaughter, LaGonda Faye Arnett Mondragon, and grandson-in-law, Cory Mondragon.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, June 19, 2021, from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Ralph Ferguson officiating. Burial followed in the J & P Family Cemetery at Middle Fork, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
