SALYERSVILLE -The Magoffin County Circuit Clerk’s Office will be having a driver licensing popup event at the Magoffin County Justice Center on Tuesday, February 4. Those interested in participating can register online or by calling the clerk’s office at 349-2215.
You can renew your license six months before they expire. Due to a new law, you will be required to take a vision test which will be offered for free at the time of renewal or you can bring in a letter from your optometrist.

We’re bringing all the services of a Driver Licensing Regional Office to Magoffin County on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, to help you take care of business.
EVENT DETAILS
Who: KYTC Pop Up staff will be on-site to assist the citizens of Magoffin County.
What: Perform any licensing activity available at a regional office. You can:
– apply for a REAL ID license
– renew or replace your license or state ID card
– change your address
When: Tuesday, February 4, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

How do I sign up? You can schedule an appointment now at https://drive.ky.gov/Drivers/Pages/Popup-Map.aspx. A member of our Pop Up staff will follow-up with you to make sure you arrive with the necessary documents. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card, check or money order. The program is not accepting cash payments.
