Robert Collinsworth age 62 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at the Paintsville ARH Regional Hospital in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born August 12, 1960 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Lawrence and Mallie Gillum Collinsworth.
Survived by his wife, Tammy Smith Collinsworth, two daughters, Amber Nicole (Jayson Hale) Collinsworth of Salyersville, Kentucky, Rebecca Dawn (Rod) Hayes of Mousie, Kentucky, one very special great nephew, Logan Heath Collinsworth of Salyersville, Kentucky, three brothers, William Ray Collinsworth, Lonnie Collinsworth, Danny Collinsworth all of Salyersville, Kentucky, three sisters, Gladys Fay Carty, Jean Ellenburg, Murl Marie Howard all of Salyersville, Kentucky, five grandchildren, Jeffrey Caleb Combs, Zackray Scott King, Alyssa Kelsey Dawn Campbell, Kirston LaShae Crisp, and Cameron Ryan Hale.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by five brothers, Billy Darrell Collinsworth, Philip Collinsworth, Wondle Collinsworth, Wayne Collinsworth, and Donald Collinsworth.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, December 29, 2022 from the New Life Worship Center with Lindsey Meade officiating. Burial followed the Green Adams Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
