Shane Christopher “Cledus” Collins age 27 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026 in Floyd County, Kentucky. He was born May 06, 1999 at Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Eddie Collins and Brandi Hardwick Collins.
Survived by his parents, Eddie Collins and his wife, Johnna Collins, his mother, Brandi Hardwick Collins, two sisters, Kirsten Collins, Reagan Collins both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Branson Cooper Collins of Salyersville, Kentucky, paternal grandmother, Sherry Collins, maternal grandmother, Mecca Stewart, with a host of aunts, uncles, cousin, family and friends.
Shane is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Carl Collins and his maternal grandfather, Billy Stewart.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from The New Life Worship Center with Pastor William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial followed in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery at Staffordsville, Kentucky.
