Sharon Roley Marshall age 78 of Gun Creek Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 14, 2026 at her home. She was born September 15, 1947 in Norman, Oklahoma to the late Ervin L. Roley Sr. and Laura L. Hayes Roley.
Survivors include, one daughter; Sherry (Stanley) Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky, one son; Gary (Misty) Marshall of Kingston, Tennessee, five grandchildren; Cory Marshall, Dylan Marshall, Whitney Love, Shayla Poe and Joshua Risner, three great grandchildren, Kasen Poe, Bryleigh Love and Hunter Love along with a host of family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Sharon is preceded in death by three brothers; Ervin L. Roley, Jr., Earl Roley and David Roley and one sister; Linda Springs.
Sharon was a devoted member of the Church of Christ 50 plus years and was a member of the Prestonsburg Church of Christ. She was retired from hospital food service as well.
A graveside service was conducted Wednesday, September 16, 2026 from the Marshall Cemetery at Gun Creek, Kentucky with Shawn Slone officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
