Sheila Montgomery age 64 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born September 15, 1956 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Clifford and Crilda Frasure Brown. Survivors include her husband Jimmy Montgomery, one son, James Lee (Lisa Marie) Montgomery of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Jessica LeeAnn (Cody LeEarl) Gilliland of Salyersville, Kentucky, Mary Elizabeth (Ashley) Benton of West Liberty, Kentucky, five brothers, John Brown, Jack Brown, Terry Brown, DeMorris Brown, Will Brown, three sisters, Judy Salyer, Bessie Brown, Ollie Howard, eight grandchildren, Jaylee Grace Montgomery, Sydney Haley Grey Benton, Jameson Brock Montgomery, Jackson Willis Gilliland, Garrison Luke Montgomery, Weslee James Gilliland, Jessa Grey Gilliland, and Walker Judd Gilliland.
In addition to her parents, Sheila is preceded in death by four brothers, Paul Brown, Ernie Brown, Daniel Brown, Clifford Jr. Brown, and one sister Becky Brown.
Sheila was a homemaker and a faithful member of the New Generation Worship Center.
A private funeral service for immediate family was conducted on Sunday, November 29, 2020 from the New Generation Worship Center with Mike Tackett officiating. Burial followed in the Cook Cemetery at Cripple Creek, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
