Timothy “Pooh Bear” Howard age 64 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Highlands ARH Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born in Paintsville, Kentucky, June 07, 1956 to the late Homer and Mary Jenkins Howard.
Survived by his wife, Vicki Lee Howard, one son, Timothy W. (Amanda) Howard, of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Kimberly A. (Josh Linskey) Howard of Lexington, Kentucky, Kristy D. (Brad) Howard Jackson of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Jewel Perkins of Trace Branch, Kentucky, three granddaughters, Kourtney Howard (Brandon) Shepherd, Taylor (Nathan) Coleman, Kyndall Brown, four great grandchildren, Paxton Coleman, John “Axel” Shepherd, Rosie Shepherd, and Harrison “Harry” Coleman.
Timothy retired from Continental Conveyor and was a faithful member of the Bethlehem To Calvary Apostolic Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 15, 2021 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Bolen Family Cemetery at Coon Creek, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home; Friday, May 14, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested that contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Juvenile Diabetes Association, In Memory of Timothy “Pooh Bear” Howard.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, masks and social distancing is required.
