Williams established two state records at S3 Strength & Fitness in Winchester on his 19th birthday.
Among the top powerlifters in the state, Williams set the records in the Junior 18-19 Weight Class.
Williams set a squat state record of 407 pounds.
An accomplished powerlifter, Williams delivered a dead lift of 463 pounds for another state record.
