Jonathan David Lykins age 43 of Hazel Green, Kentucky formerly of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at his home. He was born May 14, 1978 in Lexington, Kentucky to David Lee and Teresa Neil “Terry” Holbrook Lykins.
Survived by his wife, Robynn Arnett Lykins, two sons, David Chandler Lykins, Brandon Salyor, both of Salyersville, Kentucky, three daughters, Mayley Grace Lykins, Leslee Howard, Jassmine Howard, all of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Alice Lee Lykins of Salyersville, Kentucky, “Granny” Lorraine Holbrook, aunt, Tamara Holbrook, aunt, Judy Flannery, uncle, Lindon Lykins, nephew, Lindon (Karrington) Gullett, mother-in-law, Kathy Arnett, and brother-in-law, Robert Arnett.
Jonathan is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, “Poppy” Roy Holbrook, paternal grandparents, Holbert and Ruth Lykins, great grandmother, “Grama” Daisy Culbertson, and his father-in-law, Lowell Gene Arnett.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, March 15, 2022 from the Salyersville First Baptist Church with Ben Martin officiating. Burial followed in the Highlands Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky.
Pallbearers: Brandon Saylor, Robert Arnett, Josh Watson, Blake McCarty, Lee Picklesimer, J.K. Hall, Clay Lyon, and B.J. Howard.
