Malcom Caldwell age 81 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 7, 2026 at his home. He is the husband of Dottie Cole Caldwell. He was born September 05, 1945 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Riley and Bonnie Jackson Caldwell.
Survived by his wife, Dottie Cole Caldwell, one son, Steven (Josephine) Caldwell of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Rita (Tim) Hall, Angela (Kenny) Hall both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Kathleen Hunley of Salyersville, Kentucky, eighteen grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Malcom is preceded in death by one son, Richard Caldwell, one daughter, Sheila Reed, three brothers, Marvin Caldwell, Melvin Caldwell, Mike Caldwell, three sisters, Geraldine Bosch, Christine Korte, and Ida Mae Caldwell.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 10, 2026 from the Salyersville Trinity Full Gospel Church with Tim Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Riley Caldwell Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church any time prior to funeral services.
