Scottie Lynn Gipson age 51 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Paintsville ARH Regional Hospital in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born January 03, 1971 in Paintsville, Kentucky to late Charles “Tom” Gipson and Maylene “Patty” Gibson.
Survived by the mother of his children, Rebecca Chambers, two sons, Tommy Scott Gipson, Ricki Paul Arnett both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one daughter, Katelynn Elaine Gipson of Salyersville, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Kyra Lasha Arnett, Shealynn Daniella Gipson, Elaina Renee Gipson all of Salyersville, Kentucky, three brothers, Rick Caudill of Staffordsville, Kentucky, Matthew Gibson of Louisville, Kentucky, and Chris Gasparac of Andersonville, Indiana.
In addition to his parents, Scottie is preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Gibson, Neal Gibson, two sisters, Sheila Gibson, and Lisa Gibson.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, July 05, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Auxier officiating. Burial followed in the Gipson Family Cemetery, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
