Wanda Sue Smith Bailey, age 52 of Wittensville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, from the Paul B Hall Medical center in Paintsville Kentucky. She was born December 15, 1968, in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Burchell Smith and Catherine Cole Fletcher.
Survived by her husband, James L. Bailey, three sons, James Nathan Bailey of Paintsville, Kentucky, Joshua Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, Andrew Bailey of Paintsville, Kentucky, one brother, Burchell Smith of Martin, Kentucky, two sisters, Elvie Atkinson of Michigan, Phyllis Mullins of Salyersville, Kentucky, and one grandson, James Tyler Bailey.
Funeral services were conducted Monday, September 13, 2021, from the Holiness House of Prayer with Robert May officiating. Burial followed in the Jack-Risner Cemetery, Limestone, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
