Charlotte Risner Conley age 72 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Paintsville ARH, Paintsville, Kentucky. Charlotte was born September 29, 1952 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late; James Woodrow and Emma Jean Pack Risner.
Survivors include two daughters; Teresa (JR) Bess of Russell Springs, Kentucky and Melissa (Don) Stamper of Erlanger, Kentucky, three step-sons; Calvin Conley, Jr. of Indiana, William James Conley of Lowmansville, Kentucky and Brian Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers; John Laurel (Emma) Risner of Springfield, Ohio and David (Bessie) Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky, four sisters; Sharon Gwen (Veldon) Isaac of South Charleston, Ohio, Ruie Marie (Mike) Ackley of Paintsville, Kentucky, Catherine (Mike) Isaac of Springfield, Ohio and Sheila Risner of Texas, 9 Grandchildren; Tyler (Ashley) Caudill, Michah (Pedro Santiago) Caudill, Tana Conley, Austin Conley, Spencer Conley, Brianna Conley, Eden Conley, Promise Fannin, Gracee Bess and 5 Great Grandchildren; Michael Hunter Caudill, Waylon Parker Caudill, Jett Kingston Santiago, Rhett Conley and Harley Grace Dixon.
In addition to Charlotte’s parents she is proceeded in death by her husband; Calvin Conley, one brother; Noah Darrell Risner, two sisters; Levinna Howard Mann and Carol Sue Risner.
Charlotte was a retired Nurse’s Aide and a member of the Rockhouse Liberty Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Charlotte Risner Conley were conducted Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Paul Brown, Jr. officiating, burial following in the Jenkins Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
