Jeffrey Dale Lykins age 51 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026 in Van Cleve, Kentucky. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky September 20, 1974 to Wanda Faye Wiley Lykins and the late Delmer Dale Lykins.
Survived by his mother, Wanda Faye Wiley Lykins, two sons, Delmer Dale (Whitney) Lykins of West Liberty, Kentucky, Daniel Lee (Sabrina) Lykins of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Joseph Edward Lykins of Ohio, Wayne Lykins of Jackson, Kentucky, four sisters, Joyce Rowe, Rose Lykins both of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ethel Jones of Jackson, Jennifer Lykins of Ohio, four grandchildren, Canan Lykins, Hudson Lykins, Meggan Lykins, and Morrgan Lykins.
In addition to his father, Jeffrey Dale is preceded in death by one sister, Genny Lykins.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from the House of Hope at Lee City, Kentucky with Ricky Sallie officiating. Burial followed in the Lykins Family Cemetery at Van Cleve, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
