Tracie Ann Potter Hackworth age 49 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born August 14, 1972 in Dayton, Ohio to Johnny Walter (Arlene) Potter and Deborah Gullett (Robert) Comley.
Survived by her parents, her husband Darrell Keith Hackworth, one son, Brandon Keith (Jonika) Hackworth of Salyersville, Kentucky,, one daughter, Ashley (Adam) Messer of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Tammy Potter (Terry) Hopkins of Georgetown, Kentucky, Trish Potter (Robbie) Cox of West Liberty, Liberty, two step-brothers, Chris (Bertinia) Murphy, Mark (Nicole) Murphy, both of West Liberty, Kentucky, Maternal grandmother, Billie Salyer Boone, two special children, Haley Joseph Minix, Zoe Joseph, two nieces, Meghan Dulen (Camryn and Carline), Tori Cantrell (Trenton and Granton), three nephews, Andrew Cox, Isaac Hopkins, John Perry Hopkins, three special sisters, Shana Reed Lindon, Joy Hunley Joseph, Ruth Hackworth, special grandson, Westyn Williams, with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a loving companion, Speck.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, February 02, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Jeffery Farmer officiating. Entombment followed in the Keith Hackworth Cemetery at Dotson Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
