Rita May (Susie) Helton, age 61, a resident of Hensley Road in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at her home with family. Rita was born March 19, 1960 in Magoffin County to the late Ben and Anna Shepard Patrick. Brother Crit Patrick and Infant Baby sister also precede her in death.
Rita was a hospitality aid up until her retirement. Those left to mourn include her loving husband, Timothy Helton, daughter, Elizabeth Cole and husband Wesley, brothers Creed Patrick and Glen Patrick, two grandchildren, a host of family and friends who love and will miss her.
Funeral services for Rita May Helton were conducted Monday, March 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM from the chapel of the Salyersville Funeral Home. Clergy Johnnie Reed and Darrel Howard delivered comforting words on the day of the service.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Salyersville Funeral Home.
