Ross Ernest Marshall age 81 of Salyersville, Kentucky formerly of Ypsilanti, Michigan passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born March 24, 1943 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Arthur and Pearlie Marshall.
Survived by one son, Terry Marshall of Salyersville, Kentucky, one step-son, Dave Matthews of Michigan, one daughter, Lora Marshall of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Ryleigh Marshall of Michigan, one sister, Emogene Push of Michigan, fifteen grandchildren, and nineteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ross is preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Church Marshall, one daughter, Charlotte Blanton Marshall, one step-daughter, Trish Moran, one step-son, Johnny Matthews, three brothers, Sunny Marshall, Jessie Marshall, Earl Marshall, three sisters, Eva Lee Salyer, Lora B. Marshall, Patsy Smitten, and one grandson, Tomas James Blanton.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M.
