Samuel Lee McNew age 72 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, September 15, 2022 at his home. He was born March 08, 1950 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Kermit and Ella Lee Isaac McNew.
Survived by one son, Cameron Neil McNew of Eubank, Kentucky, one daughter, Kelly (Randy Boone) Markland of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Dr. Joe (Cindi) McNew of Ft. Payne, Alabama, six grandchildren, Colton McNew, Katelyn Lanning, Abby Taylor, Grayson Lanning, Amelia Jasper, Mason McNew, and one great granddaughter, Lakelyn Clark.
In addition to his parents, Samuel is preceded in death by one brother, James P. “Jim” McNew.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, September 20, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Johnny Reed officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
