Stephen Eric Puckett, age 31 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 10, 2021, from the Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born at Pikeville, Kentucky on October 26, 1989, to the late Dean Puckett and Tammie Wages Puckett, who survives.
Stephen is survived by one brother, Ronald Scott Puckett of Salyersville, Kentucky, one sister, Misty (Tyler) Shepherd also of Salyersville, Kentucky. He is also survived by nephew, Chandler Lykins and two nieces, Mayley Lykins and Finleigh Scott Puckett.
Stephen is the grandson of the late Langley Wages and Allene Arnett and Ronald and Barbara Puckett. He is also survived by one uncle, Ron Puckett of Florida, and two aunts, Pam Wages and Barbara Jordan both of Salyersville, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held Monday, September 13, 2021, at the Church Pavilion adjacent to the Burton Fork Cemetery located at the Left-Hand Fork of Johnson, with services conducted by Pastor Doug Auxier.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stephen Puckett Memorial Fund.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
