Carl Edward Collins age 65 of Rockhouse Fork Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at his home. He was born November 19, 1955 at Rockhouse, Kentucky to the late Oscar and Yeardley Conley Collins. Survivors include, his wife Sherry Gullett Collins, three sons, Ricky Dean (Carrie Little) Conley, Eddie Shawn (Jonnah) Collins, Glen Travis (Leah) Collins, all of Salyersville, Kentucky, four brothers, James Oscar Collins, Jerry Lynn Collins, David Collins, Mikey Collins, all of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Jeanette Collins Holliday of West Liberty, Kentucky, Judy Cain Reed of Salyersville, Kentucky, nine grandchildren, Shane Christopher Collins, Karlee Jaynell Stewart, Kristen Faith Collins, Jacey Lynne Collins, Tavis Lee Stewart, Brydon Tracker Collins, Kimber Skye Collins, Branson Cooper Collins, and Regan Alena Collins.
In addition to his parents, Carl is preceded in death by one brother, Larry Collins.
A private funeral service for immediate family only was conducted Monday, November 23, 2020 from the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial followed in the Lakeview Memorial Gardens at Staffordsville, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
