Cecil Eugene Standifer age 81 of Owingsville, Kentucky formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at his home. He was born December 03, 1940 in Freeburn, Kentucky to the late Zack and Clara Young Standifer.
Survivors include his wife, Annette Minix Standifer, two sons, Randy Standifer (deceased), Shawn (Ellen) Standifer of Wallingford, Kentucky, four daughters, Marsha Roberts of Owingsville, Kentucky, Penny Standifer of Owingsville, Kentucky, Clara Moore of South Bend, Indiana, Norma (Rob) Salyer of Owingsville, Kentucky, three brothers, James Standifer, Adam Standifer, Charlie Standifer, two sisters, Joyce Links, Mary Trusty, six grandchildren, Traci Standifer, Jerry Standifer, Brad Standifer, Elijah Moore, Isaiah Standifer, Trent Patton, six great grandchildren, Brad Randall Standifer, Brayden Standifer, Bryce Standifer, Bella Standifer, Shyan Standifer, Braxyton Standifer, two special nephews, Tony and Tim Standifer, two special nieces, Peggy Madsen and Pam King.
In addition to his parents, Cecil is preceded in death by his son, Randy, two brothers, John Standifer, Jack Standifer, three sisters, Louise Watson, Mavis Zoller, and Ruth Fletcher.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, July 02, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with John White officiating. Burial followed in the Standifer Family Cemetery at Royalton, Kentucky.
