Douglas Patrick age 71 of Far Middle Fork in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 07, 2021 at the Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born September 10, 1950 in Oakley, Kentucky to the late Dean and Alene Ray Patrick.
Survived by his wife Rose Anna Layne Patrick, one son, Jimmy and wife Cindy Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Tonya Patrick and husband James Damron, Debbie Patrick both of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Dallas and his wife Mary Ann Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Bethel Stephens of Salyersville, Kentucky, Berniece Stephens of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, eleven grandchildren, Evan Patrick, Aaron Patrick, Alan Patrick, Lucas Patrick, Shane Patrick, Noah Patrick, Morgan Damron, Patrick Damron, Dustin McCarty, Matthew McCarty, with a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Douglas is preceded in death by two sons, Curtis Dean Patrick, Timothy Stephen Patrick, two daughters, Earlene Patrick, Chrystal Patrick, two brothers, Brice Patrick, Larry Dean Patrick, three sisters, Barbara Hammon, Vonda Sue Rasey, Christine Stubbe, and one grandson, Jacob Ryan Patrick.
Douglas was a dedicated member of the Fritz Church of God.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from the Fritz Church of God with Larry Patrick officiating. Burial followed in the Patrick Family Cemetery at Far Middle Fork, Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
