Join the UK Cooperative Extension Service for the Extension Ag Field Day this Saturday, September 17, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the A&J Farm (Ricky and Avavan Deaton’s farm, located at 6203 Bear Branch Rd., Salyersville, KY 41465). Education programs including Beef Herd Health by the West Liberty Vet Clinic, a safety demonstration by Licking Valley RECC, and a water quality and fencing program by the NRCS will be held. The event will have fun for the entire family, with live entertainment by KY Truegrass, free food from Jack’s BBQ and activities for kids.
