SALYERSVILLE – A Magoffin County grand jury released the following indictment on July 21:
Lynville Hall, 41, of Goldie Gipson Road, Salyersville, is charged with first-degree, first offense possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine (a Class D felony), and first-degree persistent felony offender (penalty enhancement).
According to the indictment, on or about June 12, 2021, Hall allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine, while also having been convicted of two felonies in the last 10 years.
A warrant was issued for Hall’s arrest, which was served on July 22, and Hall is currently being held at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
