Jacob Bryan O’Neil Belcher of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away April 04, 2022 at the Highlands ARH Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born April 04, 2022 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Eddie Wayne Jacob Belcher and Allyson Bailey.
Survived by his parents, one sister, Josephine Belcher, maternal grandparents, Douglas Bailey and Rebecca Williams, Paternal grandparents, Jessica (Kevin) Stewart, with a host of family and friends.
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, April 06, 2022 from the Gun Creek United Baptist Church with Beecher McCarty, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Mouth of Coon Creek at Salyersville, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
