John “Tommy” McMackin age 47 of Salyersville passed away on Saturday morning September 14, 2024 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Ky. He was born June 05, 1977 in Henderson, Kentucky to the late Noel Arthur McMackin and Wilma Caudill McMackin who survives.
Survived by his mother, two brothers, John (Susan) McMackin of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, James (Lonna) McMackin of Salyersville, Kentucky, and one sister, Denise (Robert) Ramirez of Davie, Florida.
In addition to his father, Tommy is preceded in death by one sister, Kathern McMackin.
Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from the A.P. Cooper Cemetery at Lick Creek, Kentucky, with Ben Martin officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
