Juanita Vanover Grimm, age 98, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at her home.
Juanita was born November 15, 1922 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Henry and Dora Tackett Vanover. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bert Grimm and three sisters, Georgia Castle, Jessie Bradley and Essie Lyons.
She is survived by three daughters, Jujuana (Jimmie) Blanton of Tipp City, Ohio, Betty (Arnold) Wells of Paintsville, Kentucky and Beverly (Charles) Blanton of Troy, Ohio; six grandchildren, Cabot Blanton, Kristin Keiser, Kevin Wells, Kimberly Nordin, Susan Clodfelter and Julie Moran; fifteen great grandchildren, Jordan Blanton, Sydney Blanton, Wyatt Keiser, Colby Keiser, Mark E. Nordin, Bradley Nordin, Victoria Nordin, Chelsea Wells Lackey, Allison Wells, Kaitlyn Ford, Carly Clodfelter, Kendall ClodfelterColton Moran, Blake Moran, and Madison Moran; and one great-great grandchild, Stella Kate Lackey.
Funeral service for Immediate Family was conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 6, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Seth Carter officiating. Burial followed at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.
