Norma Lee Manns Stephens age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, February 03, 2023 at the Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born July 28, 1944 at Tip Top, Kentucky to the late Cleve and Ruby May Manns.
Survived by two sons, William Cleve Porter of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ryan Keith Porter of Lawrenceville, Georgia, four daughters, Penny Jordan of Salyersville, Kentucky, Sheila Ferguson of Elliott County, Kentucky, Jamie Lee Porter of Salyersville, Kentucky, Sandra Lee Jordan of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Emogene Prater, Wilma Juniper both of Salyersville, Kentucky, fifteen grandchildren, Crystal Ripkoski, Heather Gussler, Samantha Bailey, Johnathon Ferguson, Nashae Skaggs, Cheyenna Smith, Michael Compton, Kim Compton, Patty Compton, Jason Compton, Zachery Porter, Skyla Porter, Shane Patrick, Kiera Patrick, many great grandchildren, and a very special friend, Priscillia Manns.
In addition to her parents, Norma is preceded in death by her husband, John Stephens, two brothers, Herley Manns, Sherman Manns, two sisters, Martha Porter, and Nanny Marshall.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, February 07, 2023 from the Tip Top United Baptist Church with Phillip Ferguson officiating. Burial followed in the Tip Top Cemetery at Tip Top, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
