Patricia Howard, age 65, a resident of Lick Creek in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.
Patricia was born January 14, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio daughter of the late Veryl and Mauld Oldham Kellogg. She is proceeded in death by her step son, Hubert Jamie Howard.
Those left to mourn includes husband Hubert Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, sons Veryl Howard and Carl Howard both of Salyersville, Kentucky, daughters Shannon Howard, Victoria (Vicky) Simmons and husband Carl, Louise Howard and husband Jason all of Salyersville, Kentucky, brother, Melroy George Kellogg of Mesa, Arizona, sisters, Judy Louise Sheedy of Fredricksburg, Ohio and Florence Erma Kellogg of Aurora, Illinois, stepsons, Herald Ray Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, and Jeremy Ray Howard of Springfield, Ohio, 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Patricia Howard were conducted Monday, September 27, 2021 from the Bethlehem to Calvary Apostolic Church in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Johnnie Reed delivered comforting words on the day of the service. Interment followed in the Howard Cemetery on Lick Creek in Salyersville, Kentucky.
