Randall Lee “Duck” Miller

Randall Lee “Duck” Miller age 41 of Fletcher Branch in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021 at his home. He was born April 12, 1980 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Bill and Carol Prater Miller.

Survived by his parents, his wife Carol Sue Fletcher Miller, one son, Michael “Boo” Tye, one daughter, Michia Tye, Step-daughter, Joce Hall, one brother, Russell (Brandi) Miller, two nieces, Layla Miller, Ashley Fletcher, four nephews, Preston Miller, Tony Dwayne Fletcher, A.J. Fletcher, Austin Fletcher, father-in-law, Dwayne Fletcher, three aunts, Brenda (Ray) Cole, Phillis Prater, Sharon (Sheridan) Arnett, one uncle, Wendell (Vonda) Miller, brother in laws, Eddie Fletcher, Adam Fletcher, sister in law, Joanne (David) Slusher, special friend, Michael Tye.

Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Paw, Earnest Miller, Maw, Josephine Miller, maternal grandparents, Papaw, Charles Chuck Prater, Mawmaw, Christine VanLoon, mother-in-law, Sue Gipson Fletcher, and one brother-in-law, Tony Ray Fletcher.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 04, 2021 at the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial followed in the Fletcher Cemetery at Fletcher Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky.

Pallbearers: Michael “Boo” Tye, Mike Tye, Adam Fletcher, Russell Miller, Preston Miller, Eddie Fletcher, A.J. Fletcher, Austin Fletcher, Tony D. Fletcher, and Eric Craft.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
