Randall Roy “Hollywood” Howard age 61 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born January 05, 1960 in Jackson, Michigan to the late Roy and Janet Arnett Howard.
Survived by his daughter, Jamecia Carolyn Renae Howard and husband Zachery Ryan Allen, two brothers, Neil Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Matthew Goble of Morehead, Kentucky, one granddaughter, Zoey Renae Allen, two nephews, Manuel Tyler Howard, Lincoln Howard, two nieces, Calloray Howard, and Ella Howard.
In addition to his parents, Randall is preceded in death by one son, Randall Keith Woodard Howard, and one brother, Manuel Hoy Howard.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 06, 2021 at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Tim Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Howard Cemetery at Mill Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Friday, November 05, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.

Condolences to all his loved ones. His dad and I worked together in Jackson Michigan in the late 50s. I never met him or his mother. He is my third cousin.
