Rodney Steven “Steve” Minix age 61 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 at his home. He was born January 11, 1961 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Charles Willis and Shirley Faye Poe Minix.
Survived by his wife Dorothy Irene Love Minix, two sons, Steven Randall Minix of Salyersville, Kentucky, Charles Richard and wife Casey Minix of Lexington, Kentucky, one sister, Shirl and husband Kenny Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, three grandchildren, Charles Branden Andy Minix, Charles Remington Minix, and Sarah Grace Minix.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 03, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Minix officiating. Burial will follow in the Minix Cemetery at Will May Branch, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Wednesday, February 02, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
