Shirley Francis Bailey Rudd age 66 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born 05/22/1955 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Ovie Francis and the late Dessie Howard Francis Bailey.
Survived by her husband, Carl Randy Rudd, one son, Tracy Ray Coffey of Salyersville, Kentucky, three brothers, Terry Francis, Tommy Francis, Ray Francis, one sister, Wilma Jean Francis Ward, one grandson, Jessie Coffey, two granddaughters, Dessie Coffey, Tracie Colanna Coffey, two great grandchildren, Grayson Randy Minix, and Hayslee Janel Minix.
In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by one daughter, Kelly Colanna Coffey, one brother, Raybern Francis, two sisters, Connie Lynn Francis Marshall, and Chrystal Bailey.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held Saturday, November 20, 2021 from the Salyersville Pentecostal Church of Christ Fellowship Hall from 2:00 P.M. till 5:00 P.M. with James Rudd officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
