Timothy Ray Perkins age 41 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday. November 09, 2021 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born May 11, 1980 in Paintsville, Kentucky to Carl Perkins and Janet Saylor Perkins.
Survived by his parents, his wife, Norma Wright Perkins, stepmother, Virginia Perkins, three son, Paul Daniel Stevens, Ryan Scott Stevens, Tyrone Stevens, one daughter, Mikayla Stevens, two brothers, Jeffery (Samantha) Perkins, Charles Jordan, five sisters, Jamie (Greg) McCarty, Reva Perkins, Ashley (Jerry) Patrick, Whitney (James) Meade, Santana (B.J.) Howard, with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, November 14, 2021 from the Salyersville Mount Sinai Church of God with Herman Roberts officiating. Burial followed in the James Gipson Cemetery at Gun Creek, Kentucky.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
