John Daniel Mullins, age 44, of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 in Breathitt County, Kentucky. He was born December 25, 1980 in Prestonsburg, Ky. to Sherry and the late Danny Mullins.
Survived by his mother, Sherry Back Mullins of Half Mountain Road, two daughters Sadie and Cynthia Mullins both of Nevada, one son Waylon Daniel Mullins of Bath County, one sister, Lisa (Ricky) Salyer of Bee Tree Rd, three nephews Donovan (Breanna) Salyer, Delano Kaiden Salyer of Salyersville and Cameron Collins of Morehead. He has two great nieces, Danika Michelle Salyer and Isabella Grace Salyer both of Half Mt Rd Salyersville.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Danny Mullins, two sisters Stephanie and Latisha Mullins, and one niece Danika Karyce Salyer.
John Daniel was an electrician by trade and a member of the Tip Top Church. He will be missed by host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, July 25, 2025 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Randy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Back Cemetery at Half Mountain Road in Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the funeral home Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
