SALYERSVILLE – A Magoffin County grand jury released the following indictment this week after the defendant was recently served.
On July 17, 2025, Nicole L. Hodge, 24, of Columbia, KY, is charged with one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, methamphetamine (Class D felony). According to the indictment, on or about August 19, 2024, through August 20, 2024, Hodge allegedly possessed a quantity of methamphetamine, a controlled substance, in Magoffin County.
Hodge is currently being held at the Hardin County Detention Center.
