Born December 18, 1945, in Salyersville, Kentucky, “Pudge” was the daughter of the late Noah and Lula Flynt Puckett, husband, John Wesley Patrick, son, Jeffery Wayne Patrick also preceded in death.
A graduate of Magoffin County High School, “Pudge” loved art and spending time with her family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Pamela (Douglas) Russell of Salyersville, Kentucky, four granddaughters Alishia (Joshua) Carty of Salyersville, Kentucky, Lindsey (Wayde) Leedy of Salyersville, Kentucky, Amanda Patrick of Lexington, Kentucky, Cindy Patrick of Lexington, KY, eleven great-grandchildren, Jacob Michael Allen, Jase Aaron Allen, Jonah Wesley Carty, Madeline Carty, Aiden Carty, Katie Carty, Miguel Guerrero, Moses Guerrero, Jayla Lyle, Kasey Leedy and Elijah Lyle, one great-great grandchild, Easton Gayheart, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
A graveside service for Minnie “Pudge Patrick will be conducted Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM from the Captain Powers Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Mark Russell will deliver comforting words on the day of service.
