Tammy Sue Gullett Howard age 62 of Allen Drive in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, April 20, 2026 at her home. She was born January 06, 1964 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Samuel and Theda Prater Gullett.
Survived by three sons, Larry Neil Collins, Jonathon (Gladys) Collins, James Garron Howard all of Salyersville, Kentucky, one brother, Frank (Teresa) Gullett of Salyersville, Kentucky, three sisters, Sharon Collinsworth of Salyersville, Kentucky, Teresa Gullett of West Liberty, Kentucky, Lisa (Rulie) Hutchinson of Owingsville, Kentucky, one sister-in-law, Rosie Gullett of Salyersville, Kentucky, eight grandchildren, Alexis Lynn Collins, Tyerah Nashae Collins, Mazie Hill, McKenzie Collins, Jase Jenkins, Jamika Jenkins, Isaiah Fletcher, Monique Moore, one great grandson, Adam Edward Collins with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Tammy Sue is preceded in death by one son, Adam Lynn Collins, two brothers, Samuel Lynn Gullett, Jerry Neil Gullett, one nephew, Christopher Neil Wages, and one great grandson, Oscar Collins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 24, 2026 from the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins and PJ Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Adam Conley Kazee Cemetery at Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Thursday, April 23, 2026 from 4:00 P.M. till 9 P.M. after 11:00 A.M. on Friday until funeral services.
