Faye Collins Holiday age 79 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, May 2, 2026 at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, Kentucky. She was born May 18, 1946 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Connie and Opal Coldiron Collins.
Survived by one son, Charles Holiday, Jr of Salyersville, Kentucky, three daughters, Darlene Mullins, Debra Lafferty, Charlene (Joe) Pollis all of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, Eddie Collins, Farrish Collins both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Louise Fitzpatrick, Kathleen Arnett both of Salyersville, Kentucky, six grandchildren, Christopher Neal Mullins, Caitlin Alexandria Hall, Montana Minix, Krissy Hunley, Nicholas Lemaster, Kassidi Holiday, eight great grandchildren, Tucker Hunley, Amelia Benton, Tania Mullins, Isabella Mullins, Greyson Hunley, Alexandria Hall, Lucius Mullins, and Weslon Hall.
In addition to her parents, Faye is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Holiday, three brothers, Ray Collins, Randall Collins, James Collins, two sisters, Connie Sue Connelley, and Imogene Caldwell.
Graveside services were conducted Wednesday, May 06, 2026 from the Allen Cemetery at White Oak, Kentucky with Glenn Slone officiating, with burial following.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
