Amel Ingram age 83 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at the Paintsville ARH, Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born November 18, 1942 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Wesley and Eva Bailey Ingram.
Survived by five sons, Kenny (Andrea) Ingram of Caldwell, Ohio, Wesley Ingram of Morristown, Ohio, Edward (Lisa) Ingram of Caldwell, Ohio, Terry Ingram of Caldwell, Ohio, Amel Jr., (Lisa) Ingram of Grand Valley, Pennsylvania, six step-children, Brenda Combs, Lori Terry, James “Jim” Green, Billy Green, Davis Green, Kim Brooks, with a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Amel is preceded in death by two sons, Jody Ingram, Ricky Ingram, two brothers, Raymond Ingram, Archie Ingram, two sisters, Madeline Reed, and Madge Bailey.
A Celebration of Life was held Saturday, June 27, 2026 at the Swampton United Baptist Church.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
