Roy Lee Arnett age 72 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born February 27, 1950 in Salyersville, Kentucky.
Survived by his wife, Betty Howard Arnett, one son, Roy Travis (Trista) Arnett of Salyersville, Kentucky, two daughters, Mortisha (Russell) Whitaker of Salyersville, Kentucky, Tina (Sam) Carter of Oxford, Ohio, seven grandchildren, Nathaniel Whitaker, Amber Caldwell, Austin Lee Whitaker, Hannah Prater, Emily Prater, Isabella Arnett, Roy Shane Arnett, five great grandchildren, Raylen “Ray” Prater, Azaryaih “Zar” Whitaker, Lilia Whitaker, Jensen Whitaker, and Casey Hale.
Roy Lee is preceded in death by his parents, and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, June 02, 2022 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Justin Williams officiating. Family may visit the funeral home any time prior to funeral services.
Masonic rites will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday evening from the Magoffin County Funeral Home by the Salyersville Lodge #769 F&AM.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
