Regina Grace Pitts Puckett, age 65, a resident of Auxier Branch Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Prestonsburg Healthcare Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky after a lengthy illness.
Regina was born December 7, 1957 in Paintsville, Kentucky the daughter of the late Jack Slusher and Pauline Pitts Hensley. Son, Shawn Puckett, and brother, Joe Pitts, also preceded in death.
Regina was a member of the Salyersville First Baptist in Salyersville, Kentucky. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with family and friends.
Those left to mourn includes husband, John Puckett of Salyersville, Kentucky, daughters, Gina Joseph of Salyersville, Kentucky, Pauletta Puckett of Salyersville, Kentucky, brothers, Doug Pitts of Salyersville, Kentucky, Arnold Pitts of Ohio, sister, Loretta Taylor of Ohio, granddaughters, Natosha Dakota Hill, Alexandria Nigel Bailey, Brianna Joseph all of Salyersville, Kentucky, grandson, Shawn Fletcher, great grandchildren, Matthew Hill, Kodee Hill, Brentston Bailey, Blaine Bailey, Kinslee Grace Hill, a host of family and friends who love and miss her.
Funeral services for Regina Puckett were conducted on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from the New Bethel Assembly of God on Burning Fork Road in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Charles Puckett and Ben Martin delivered comforting words on the day of service. Interment followed in the Earl May Cemetery in Salyersville, Kentucky. Contributions can be made to the memorial fund at the Salyersville Funeral Home.
