Phyllis Jean Helton Mann age 84 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 22, 2023 at the Salyersville Health Care Center in Salyersville, Kentucky. She was born November 08, 1938 in Paintsville, Kentucky to the late Kernie and Alta Gullett Helton.
Survived by two daughters, Debbie (Jerry) Swiney, Donna (Jeff) Slone both of Salyersville, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Jeremy Paul (Morgan) Swiney, Abby Nicole (Dawlton) Howard, and one great grandchild, Cade Lucas Swiney.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Mann, one brother, Mikey Helton, three sisters, Edda Mae Helton, Ruth Ann Montgomery, and Carrie Alice Jenkins.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Rick Howard, Elder Chris Howard, and Elder John Howard. Burial followed in the Kennard Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
