Howard C. Bailey 75 of Lick Creek Road, Salyersville, Ky., passed away on Friday evening November 3rd 2023 at his home. He was born February 19, 1948 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Corbett and Elizabeth Minix Bailey.
Survived by his wife, LaDonna Owens Bailey, two daughters, Tonya (Woody) Fields of Salyersville, Kentucky, Reginna (Robert) Johns of Union, Kentucky, one son, Roger (Tina) Elam of Salyersville, Kentucky, two brothers, James Bailey of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jackie Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, two sisters, Pauline Jackson, Barbara Howard both of Salyersville, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Alison (Justin) Casebolt, Lance Fields, Jarrett Elam, Greyson Johns, and one great grandchild, Collyns Casebolt.
In addition to his parents Howard C. is preceded in death by one sister; Linda Patrick.
Funeral services for Howard C. Bailey were conducted Monday, November 06, 2023 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Justin Williams officiating. Burial followed in the Minix Cemetery at Mason, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions, in honor of Howard C. Bailey, made to the Lakeville Baptist Church or the Bluegrass Care Navigators at 161 Longview Dr., Pikeville, Kentucky 41501.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
