David Ousley, age 59, a resident of Sugar Camp Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023 at ARH Paintsville in Paintsville, Kentucky.
David was born August 27, 1964 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky the son of the late Levi and Rhoda Anderson Ousely. Brothers, Denny Ousley, Clifford Ousley, sisters, Linda Risner, Pam Collinsworth, and son, Aaron Lee Ousley also preceded in death.
David was a tradesman and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Those left to mourn includes son, David Jr. Ousley of Salyersville, Kentucky; daughters, Mary Ousley of Salyersville, Kentucky, Shelby Ousley of Salyersville, Kentucky, Nore Caldwell of Salyersville, Kentucky; brother, Benny Ousley of Akron, Ohio; sisters, Vicky Slone of Hi Hat, Kentucky, Dora Salyers of Salyersville, Kentucky, Mary Jarvis of Paintsville, Kentucky, Charlene Scott of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Barbara Ousley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Winfred Sizemore of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, one grandchild, and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service for David Ousley will be announced at a later time.
