Lois Ann Bailey Minix age 67 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 14, 2024 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born July 20, 1957 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Lee and Clara Shepherd Bailey.
Survived by her husband, Greg Minix, two daughters, Jenny Lynn (Dwayne) Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky, Rebecca Ann (Brian) Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, one son, Greg Denny (Sabrina) Minix of Salyersville, Kentucky, five granddaughters, Hannah Lea Combs of Salyersville, Kentucky, Alyssa Beth Minix of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Kaleigh Dawn Minix of Salyersville, Kentucky, Ashlyn Brianna Patrick of Salyersville, Kentucky, Allie Grace Minix of Salyersville, Kentucky, three brothers, Johnny Ray (Sheila) Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky, Homer Bailey of Indiana, Randy (Marcella) Bailey of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, two sisters, Wilma Lee Goble of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and Sandy (David) Wilson of Frenchburg, Kentucky.
Lois was a faithful member of The Big Half Mountain Church. Lois was saved on May 21, 1989, and wanted nothing more than to see all her loved ones be saved and join her in heaven.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Joe Carroll, and Brother Randall Short officiating. Burial followed in the Less Minix and Warnie Bailey Cemetery at Bee Tree, Kentucky.
